5 Way To Never Have A Bad Day

  1. Say thank you every morning; by showing gratitude you release dopamine, the neurotransmitter produced by the hypothalamus region of your brain that helps you feel pleasure.

  2. Create a ritual or routine. Example: Meditate or sage your home every morning.

  3. As you are practicing your ritual or getting ready for your day, tell yourself how your day is going to go. Example: I’m going to have a productive and prosperous day.

  4. When you run into an inconvenience, take a deep breath and remember that everything is not happening to you, it is happening for you. You can even say this to yourself as a reminder; “Everything that is happening is not happening to me, it is happening for me”.

  5. Every night before bed, say thank you again. Live and breathe, gratitude.
